Review their recorded role, contributions and open questions.
Charlotte Meyer is RELEX's service contact for Acme's live core replenishment system from 1 July 2025, introduced at the 10 June 2025 transition call, where Ana Duarte confirmed she stays on Phase 2: "for fresh you have me, for anything live you have Charlotte." 1–4
At that call Charlotte set an explicit ownership boundary: anything about the system as it currently runs — incidents, the DC-2 feed, monitoring, access requests, parameter changes on existing categories, the quarterly report — is hers, while anything about categories not yet live is Ana's. On DC-2 she clarified that the failures are hers but the permanent fix is a change, and Tomas Lindholm noted it has a date of 15 September, gated on Acme's quarterly change window; Charlotte then agreed to hold it on the service risk register as well as in Ana's plan, which Priya Nair called the first sensible answer about DC-2 in a year. 5–13
Charlotte's expressed priorities at handover were documented knowledge and honest records: she asked Ana for the incident history, the runbook, and half an hour on things not written down. When Ana noted Sofia Almeida is the only person at Acme who understands fresh, Charlotte asked whether it was in a risk register; Ana said it was in three in slightly different words, and Charlotte replied that then it is in none. Ana also flagged that three sessions — the two February interface workshops and the planner training — have no transcript at all, and Lena Fischer asked what happens to the knowledge when both move on, directing the handover to state gaps rather than claim completeness. 14–21
Open items relevant to Charlotte: Lena Fischer reported on 28 January 2026 that the DC-2 feed still fails, less often than before, and that when it fails her planners stop trusting the numbers for a day or two afterwards; the January 2026 DC-2 incident log attached by Kwame Boateng recorded fourteen failures, eleven silent. 22–27
Recommendation: in the next conversation with Charlotte, confirm the current status of the DC-2 permanent fix against the 15 September date and whether it is held on the service risk register as she agreed in June 2025, and confirm she received the incident history, runbook and unwritten-knowledge handover she requested. Basis: her June 2025 commitments and requests, plus the January 2026 evidence that the DC-2 feed still fails. 11, 14, 22

Attaching the DC-2 incident log for January. Fourteen failures, eleven silent. Worth noting for internal purposes that four of them correlate with a scheduled job on Acme's side that Priya has said twice does not exist. Either she is wrong or something is running that she does not know about. I would not raise it that way with her.Open source
How this answer was prepared
- Read 2974 permitted source records at L3.
- Verified Charlotte's role and 1 July 2025 start via T13U0009–T13U0015; the 1 July date is fragmented across her utterances 9–10.
- Verified the ownership boundary in T13U0031–T13U0032, including the quarterly report spanning the turn break.
- Verified the DC-2 change-versus-incident split (T13U0034, T13U0037–T13U0038), the 15 September date spoken by Tomas Lindholm (T13U0040), and Charlotte's risk-register commitment (T13U0041, T13U0043) with Priya's response (T13U0044).
- Verified the handover request (T13U0049) and the Sofia single-point-of-knowledge exchange (T13U0072–T13U0074).
- Verified the missing-transcript gap: Ana raised it (T13U0086) and named the three sessions (T13U0088); the draft attributed this to Charlotte, corrected to Ana.
- Verified 27 quoted passages against runtime sources.
