Ana Duarte is RELEX's Project Manager on the Acme account and sends the weekly Monday update emails; the fresh Phase 2 kick-off summary of 30 June 2025 states this cadence would follow each Monday's status call, and she signs the updates as Project Manager through the 6 April 2026 update. 1, 2 Her recorded priorities include keeping dependencies visible and decisions in writing. She escalated the unresolved shelf-life field question in weekly updates from 21 July through 1 September 2025, noting it blocked the ordering logic, that float was being used, and planning escalation to steering; the 1 September update said the build would proceed on an approximation unless answered that week. 3–5 She also anchored the reporting basis in the record: when Marco Rossi asked in July 2025 whether the QBR value case should report 25 or 40 pilot stores, she answered 25, reduced in September 2024 with the plan reissued at the time, and committed to adding a folder note recording the reduction and its date rather than deleting the original material. 6, 7 After the March 2025 DC-2 cover gap, she accepted the miss to Lena Fischer, named Tomas Lindholm as interim cover until Kwame Boateng's 24 March return, and committed to a named second person on the runbook permanently by the end of the following week. In November 2025 she reissued the plan on a two-delivery basis after the go/no-go, marking earlier three-wave fresh plans superseded, and reported the OP_ID field exclusion agreed and confirmed in writing. 8, 9 Two open items she tracks: the old handover-pack version remains in the project site's document history, which she said she cannot delete herself and raised with RELEX IT on 21 November 2025, and Sofia Almeida reported in March 2026 that the point was still open; and the OP_ID attachment purge, where Kwame Boateng confirmed on 24 November 2025 that he can purge the landing zone but cannot purge the emailed attachments, two of which went to a nine-person distribution list including three at Meridian. 10–12 Recommendation: In the next conversation with Ana, ask for the current status of the document-history deletion she raised with RELEX IT in November 2025, and confirm whether any resolution path exists for the emailed OP_ID attachments that Kwame stated cannot be purged; both were recorded as open in the supplied evidence. 10–12

Yes, and I am not going to delete it, because it is the record of what was agreed at the time. But I will add a note to the folder saying the cohort was reduced and when. Best regards,

25. Reduced in September 2024, plan reissued at the time. The 40 is in the original kickoff material and in a slide you used in May, which Robert picked up on. Best regards,

Lena, You did raise it and I did not close it. That is on me. Tomas is covering from now until Kwame returns on the 24th. His number is in the runbook and I will send it separately. I will have a named second person on the runbook permanently by the end of next week. Best regards,

Hi Ana, It is March. Was this ever finished? I have not had the list Marco promised, and the document history point was still open when we last spoke in November.

Hi Sofia, Handover pack updated, now v4, the line is gone. The old version is still in the document history on the project site, which I cannot delete myself - I have raised it with our IT. Ana Best regards,

Answer on the historic files. OP_ID is present in the raw landing zone for every daily file since 14 February. It is not carried into the aggregated waste tables, which group by store and article. However it is present in the reconciliation extracts we produced in June and September for the data quality review, because those were row level. Two of those were emailed as attachments, once to Priya and once to a distribution list of nine people including three at Meridian. I can purge the landing zone. I cannot purge the attachments.
