Jonas Weiss is Acme's ambient category manager, named by Sofia Almeida as the contact for urgent fresh-category matters while she is out of office from 13 October to 17 November 2025; her automatic reply notes he covers ambient and is not familiar with fresh, so category-specific questions may be better left until she returns. 1 At the 9 October 2025 cover briefing Jonas stated his own limits: he knows the products but not the ordering behaviour, and he has never done a UAT. Sofia listed what Jonas can handle (documented hierarchy, supplier lead times, the ambient side of shared categories) and what he should not decide: shelf life and the slow-moving lines in produce. Nadia Haddad proposed taking configuration questions herself with Jonas taking anything documented, and Sofia estimated this would leave fewer blocked items, maybe a third of what it would otherwise be. 2–16 Open items touching Jonas: on 14 October 2025 Nadia asked Sofia whether "chilled convenience" sits under ready meals or is its own thing in the fresh hierarchy, noting master data differs by site; Sofia was already out of office and no answer is recorded.
