Review responsibilities, shared decisions and open handoffs with this colleague.

Kwame Boateng (Technical Consultant) is RELEX's data and integration specialist on Acme. On 30 September 2024 he scoped the pilot master-data remediation for Priya Nair: 4,214 articles in cohort, 1,317 missing case pack quantity (which he called the blocker), 3,105 missing or default supplier lead, and shelf life 48% populated, with shelf life out of scope for that phase. 1 On 24 January 2025 he reported that both rounding defects were fixed and re-tested and that nine of nine UAT scenarios now pass; Ana Duarte had earlier described the two open defects (same root cause on case pack and minimum order quantity rounding) as scheduled for fix and not blockers. 2, 3 On the 27 February 2025 go-live cutover call he gave a qualified yes for DC-2: the feed had run for eleven consecutive nights in test, but it had also failed twice weeks before that, silently, and he warned that if it failed in production nobody would notice until the morning orders looked wrong. 4–12 Recommendation: in the next conversation, ask Kwame whether monitoring or alerting now covers a silent DC-2 feed failure in production, since his cutover warning that failures would go unnoticed until morning orders look wrong is the latest evidence in the archive on that risk. 8–10, 12

Priya, As agreed in the workshop, the remediation scope for the pilot cohort: Articles in cohort 4,214 Missing case pack quantity 1,317 Missing or default supplier lead 3,105 Shelf life populated 48% Case pack is the blocker. Lead times we can work around by deriving actuals from receipt history. Shelf life is out of scope for this phase. File attached with the 1,317.

Lena, As discussed this afternoon, for signature. "Acme Org confirms that user acceptance testing for core replenishment has been completed satisfactorily for the 25 store pilot cohort, covering ambient and dry goods categories. This sign-off does not extend to fresh categories, which remain in scope for a later phase, and does not constitute acceptance of the overall programme." Two UAT defects remain open, both the same root cause on case pack and minimum order quantity rounding. Both are scheduled for fix this week and neither is a blocker. Best regards,

How this answer was prepared
  1. Read 2974 permitted source records at L3.
  2. Role and remediation scope verified against E13M006 (dated 2024-09-30); all four figures appear in that passage.
  3. UAT defect closure verified against E15M001 (2025-01-24); defect description and non-blocker status from E15M003 (2025-01-21).
  4. DC-2 qualified yes spans fragmented turns T10U0025 and T10U0027; eleven test nights in T10U0027; two silent failures weeks earlier in T10U0028–T10U0029; production-failure warning spans T10U0038, T10U0040 and T10U0042.
  5. Draft claim of 'consistently owned the DC-2 feed' narrowed to the single cutover call, the only DC-2 evidence supplied.
  6. No recommendations made beyond the monitoring follow-up, which is grounded in the cutover warning; no personality or trait inferences included.
  7. Verified 12 quoted passages against runtime sources.
