Review their recorded role, contributions and open questions.
Osman Yildirim appears in the supplied evidence only as a data subject, identified by operator identifier 448933 at store 118 Vantaa in an example list of the waste write-off extract; no recorded statements, proposals, or responses from him appear in the archive. Priya Nair cited his entry on 18 November 2025 when she set exclusion of the OP_ID field as a condition rather than a request, citing works council concerns. 1
The material facts concern his data, not his views. Priya Nair stated the OP_ID field had been in every file since February, and Kwame Boateng later reported it persisted in the raw landing zone for every daily file since 14 February and appeared in row-level June and September reconciliation extracts, two of which were emailed as attachments, once to Priya and once to a distribution list of nine people including three at Meridian; Boateng stated he could purge the landing zone but not the attachments. 1, 2
Nadia Haddad confirmed on 19 November that OP_ID is dropped at the extract from the next run, which was Friday night, and Kwame Boateng stated at the 11 December cutover call that it was excluded at the extract from the twenty-first of November, confirmed in writing to Priya. 3, 4
Recommendation: for any next conversation involving Yildirim's data, the actionable open item is disposal of the already-delivered attachments containing his identifier, which Boateng stated cannot be purged; no evidence in the supplied passages shows that item resolved. Do not attribute any opinion, priority, or personality trait to Yildirim himself; the evidence supports only that his per-person waste figures were transmitted outside Acme's estate and that exclusion at source was agreed and implemented. 2, 1, 4

Answer on the historic files. OP_ID is present in the raw landing zone for every daily file since 14 February. It is not carried into the aggregated waste tables, which group by store and article. However it is present in the reconciliation extracts we produced in June and September for the data quality review, because those were row level. Two of those were emailed as attachments, once to Priya and once to a distribution list of nine people including three at Meridian. I can purge the landing zone. I cannot purge the attachments.Open source

Hi Priya, Confirmed. OP_ID is dropped at the extract from the next run, which is Friday night. On files already delivered: they are in the raw landing zone and in the processed store. Kwame is checking whether the field made it into anything downstream. I will come back with a definitive answer rather than a reassuring one.Open source

Nadia, Following Monday's call, confirming this as a condition rather than a request. The waste write-off extract currently includes OP_ID, a six digit operator identifier identifying the individual who scanned the item out. Examples from the November file: 447102 Marika Lindqvist, store 118 Vantaa, nights 448933 Osman Yildirim, store 118 Vantaa 451207 Heidi Salminen, store 094 Espoo This has been in every file since February. It must be excluded at source before the next extract runs. Please confirm the field is dropped and tell me what you have done with the files already delivered. Our works council will ask. I would rather answer them than be asked. If the answer to the second question is complicated, put it on the agenda for the January session rather than replying to this.Open source

How this answer was prepared
- Read 2974 permitted source records at L3.
- Checked E07M004 for Yildirim's identification (448933, store 118 Vantaa) and Priya Nair's condition-setting on OP_ID exclusion with works council rationale
- Checked E07M002 for persistence in the raw landing zone since 14 February, June/September reconciliation extracts, the nine-person distribution list including three at Meridian, and the stated inability to purge attachments
- Checked E07M003 for Nadia Haddad's confirmation that OP_ID is dropped at the extract from the next run (Friday night)
- Checked T18U0068 for Kwame Boateng's statement at the 11 December call that exclusion took effect from the twenty-first of November, confirmed in writing to Priya
- Confirmed no supplied passage records any statement, proposal, or response by Yildirim himself; no personality or trait inference made
- Verified 4 quoted passages against runtime sources.
